Eat the Hierarchy
2025 | edible installation
A living and edible sculpture. The letters are built from wood scraps, and they host a variety of edible plants. With the sculpture we challenge, in a playful way, the power structure in our art institute, Sint-Lucas. The sculpture is living in the school garden, connecting and transforming with the ecosystem. This is an interactive edible installation that is intentionally meant to disappear.
Eat act transofrm so it falls apart.
In this installation we invited everyone to interact with Rosemary, Rhubarb, Thyme, Parsley, Basil, Zucchini, Oregano, curry plant, calendula, and strawberry.
